(NSUMPI), formerly known as Genetics Maritime Services Inc., is a corporation duly registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is a duly licensed agency of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration with License No. POEA-110-SB-080818-R-MLC valid until 21st September 2022. The company also has an ISO 9001-2015 certificate and a Maritime Labor Convention Certificate as Seafarer Recruitment Service Provider issued by Class NK.
NSUMPI is engaged in the recruitment, training and deployment of highly skilled and competent Filipino seafarers for cargo vessels. The company services the manning requirements of only one principal, NS United Kaiun Kaisha Ltd. and showcases the unique synergy of Japanese and Filipino shipping experience and resources.
NSUMP Operations staff have a long experience in the sea based manning industry and its pool of seafarers enjoy good compensation and benefits package, company subsidized training, opportunities for promotion, crew family social activities and medical insurance for their families.
NSUMP also manages its relationships with accredited external providers in order to ensure good quality service for both principal and seafarers.
