Demo to Purchase Agreement

2.) Mobile Mounts lends the product to the customer. The product will be shipped to the address indicated in the referenced offer at the expense of Mobile Mounts. The customer is responsible for shipping costs if he returns the product to Mobile Mounts at the end of the demo period. The demo product agreement in effect on the date indicated below between Mobile Mounting Solutions, Inc. (“Mobile Media”) and Customer (specified below) defines the attribution of the Products listed in the attached Offering (“Product”) by Mobile Mounts to Customer for the sole purpose of demonstrating and evaluating the Product.
