Entry Qualification Requirement
- Holder of Certificate of Competency as Chief Marine Engineer E1 issued by PRC
- Holder of certificates for minimum standards of training for Management Level Officers under
- the STCW95 regulations and of related statutory certificates
- Good knowledge in administration and implementation of planned maintenance System;
- Good knowledge on various ship’s trading certificates and survey concerning His department
- related to vessel’s classifications
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- With Good moral character
- With at least two (2) year experience as 1st Engineer onboard ocean-going Vessels
